In search of the needle.

This blog isn't really for anyone but myself.  The punctuation will be off, the spelling aweful and the grammar suspect. The blog is about my hunt for the needle; work it out: the blog is called Obelix and I'm looking for a needle! Okay, it is ANOTHER diet blog (remember, if you don't like it, leave).
i'm a guy over 40 and am very overweight.  I live in a place where fresh veg/fruit/meat is hard to find- loads of processed food- and have decidedit is time to get back to being slightly overweight.  I'm starting the diet on tuesday. Maybe I wont? Maybe I'll procrastinate and let another 3 years go by. I really don't know. I/we will have to wait and see. 

BTW, this blog isn't about encouragement. I don't know why I'm writing it and not typing this into a Word document (actually, I do).
