The blog is about my hunt for the needle; work it out: the blog is called Obelix and I'm looking for a needle! Okay, it is ANOTHER diet blog (remember, if you don't like it, leave). <br>i'm a guy over 40 and am very overweight.  I live in a place where fresh veg/fruit/meat is hard to find- loads of processed food- and have decidedit is time to get back to being slightly overweight.  I'm starting the diet on tuesday. Maybe I wont? Maybe I'll procrastinate and let another 3 years go by. I really don't know. I/we will have to wait and see.  </p> <p>                               Obe</p> <p>BTW, this blog isn't about encouragement.
